Wesley Wright joined Keller and Heckman in 2006. Mr. Wright practices in the areas of business counseling and transactional, telecommunications, transportation and employment law.
Mr. Wright's telecommunications practice focuses on assisting corporate clients and trade associations with various legal and regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Aviation Administration, courts and various state agencies. His telecommunications practice involves a variety of telecommunications matters related to private wireless licensing, pole attachment issues and FCC enforcement matters.
In the business counseling and transactional arena, Mr. Wright counsels clients on business entity formation, internal operations, and governance matters and has also represented clients in purchase and sale, licensing, and marketing transactions.
Mr. Wright relies on his transactional experience in drafting and negotiating transportation agreements for an array of corporate clients. Mr. Wright's employment practice focuses on the representation of businesses and associations facing employment discrimination charges, wage and hour claims and wrongful termination lawsuits.
