Thomas B. Magee joined Keller and Heckman in 2000. Mr. Magee advises corporations, cooperatives, municipalities and associations on a variety of telecommunications matters before the Federal Communications Commission, federal and state courts, and state and local regulatory authorities.
Mr. Magee's primary focus is on FCC licensing of wireless telecommunications services, pole and conduit attachment regulation, and tower industry regulatory compliance. In addition to providing regulatory advice, Mr. Magee assists clients in negotiating and drafting agreements relating to pole attachments, right-to-access, licensing, franchising, asset purchases, refinancing, and other matters.
Mr. Magee served as an editor of the University of Colorado Law Review, and advised a member of Congress on Ways and Means Committee issues.
