Scott Krygier, J.D., Ph.D., joined Keller and Heckman in 2005.
Dr. Krygier's practice focuses on regulatory issues for products under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act); the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Dr. Krygier has assisted domestic and international companies on the status and compliance of new products under the laws and regulations of the United States, as well as, the laws and regulations of other countries. His specific area of interest is the regulation of products derived from biotechnology. Prior to joining Keller and Heckman LLP, Dr. Krygier was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Johns Hopkins University.
