Robert Sheffield joined Keller and Heckman in 2006. He is a senior litigation associate in the firm's Washington, DC, office where his practice focuses on commercial disputes, environmental litigation, false advertising and unfair competition, and employment litigation.
Mr. Sheffield represents clients in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals throughout the country. He has represented business and trade associations in several class actions and multi-district litigation matters in federal court involving claims of environmental exposure, product liability, wage and hour violations and race and gender discrimination. Mr. Sheffield also has advocated for business interests as amicus curiae before the Supreme Court of the United States in several landmark Title VII cases.
