Philip Sayre to Present at National Academy of Sciences Committee Meeting

Philip Sayre has been invited to present remarks and participate in a meeting of the National Academy of Sciences Committee that is reviewing the National Nanotechnology Initiative (NNI) on September 9 in Woods Hole, MA.  The Committee has been asked specifically to evaluate the mechanisms by which the NNI addresses focused areas of research to promote nanomanufacturing.  Mr. Sayre’s presentation is titled “The Continued Need for Nanomaterials’ Research, Targeted to U.S. Regulatory Needs”.  The presentation will be given to the NAS Committee that is conducting the Triennial Review of the National Nanotechnology Initiative (NNI).  The NNI coordinates all Nanomaterials Safety Research for the US Government.
