Naomi Ahsan practices in the area of food and drug law. Ms. Ahsan advises domestic and foreign clients on compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations pertaining to food packaging and labeling issues, as well as similar international laws.

Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Ms. Ahsan worked as a student attorney at the American University Washington College of Law Disability Rights Law Clinic, where she litigated employment discrimination matters against the Central Intelligence Agency and advocated for D.C. Public School District compliance with special education laws. Ms. Ahsan also interned at the U.S. Supreme Court, D.C. Superior Court, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Ms. Ahsan was a senior staff member of the Administrative Law Review and an Articles Editor for the Health Law and Policy Brief. She received the Dean’s Award for Professional Responsibility from the Washington College of Law. As a Moot Court Honor Society member, she received the Neil T. Kaplan Award for the best oral performance at the 2016 Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong.
