Holly Foley joined Keller and Heckman in 1981. Ms. Foley has specialized in a number of regulatory areas, including foods, food packaging, drugs, and related environmental issues.
Ms. Foley's expertise lies in the evaluation of the status of food ingredients and packaging materials, the development of testing plans to obtain needed analytical and safety data, and the preparation of food additive petitions for FDA clearance and similar submissions to other U.S. and foreign agencies.
