Hesham M. Sharawy joined Keller and Heckman in 2001.
Mr. Sharawy is a civil litigator representing clients before federal and state courts and regulatory agencies. Mr. Sharawy's practice, while involving all aspects of litigation, focuses on advertising and trade-related claims, as well as on labeling issues. Mr. Sharawy also represents and counsels clients on regulatory compliance issues relating to food and drug regulations, intellectual property, antitrust, labor and employment, OSHA, and Consumer Product Safety Commission and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration product and vehicle recalls.
Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Mr. Sharawy worked for the federal government as a paralegal specialist for the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. During law school, Mr. Sharawy served as Executive Articles Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.
