Elizabeth Buckley joined Keller and Heckman in 1992.
Ms. Buckley has over 18 years licensing experience in the areas of Private Radio, Microwave, Media, Common Carrier, Experimental and Satellite. Ms. Buckley's capabilities include the preparation of FCC applications, modifications, special temporary authorities, waiver requests and renewals in various radio services, ascertaining the compliance of applications with the Commission's Rules and Regulations, the tracking of applications and various other types of requests from the moment an application is submitted to the Commission to the time of grant of an FCC authorization. Her capabilities further include knowledge of FCC research materials and procedures at its offices in Washington, D.C. and Gettysburg, PA as well as tower registration requirements and procedures with both the FAA and the FCC. Ms. Buckley has a distinguished reputation among FCC regulators, coordinating companies and industry colleagues.
