Arthur Garrett joined Keller and Heckman in 1990 and was named the firm's Loss Prevention Partner in 2005 and General Counsel in 2006. In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Mr. Garrett practices commercial litigation with a focus on toxic torts, product liability and Superfund.
He also practices insurance coverage and insurance recovery by advising clients with regard to risk transfer through all liability insurance vehicles (e.g., D&O, CGL, E&O, Umbrella, etc.). In such matters, Mr. Garrett provides advice on the rights and obligations of a policyholder in the event of a loss and represents business and trade association policyholders in disputes with their insurance carriers.
