Arthur Garrett joined Keller and Heckman in 1990 and was named the firm's Loss Prevention Partner in 2005 and General Counsel in 2006. In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Mr. Garrett practices litigation with a focus on toxic torts, product liability and Superfund.

Trial counsel for major food manufacturer in Superfund litigation in various federal and state courts in United States;
Trial Counsel for numerous Fortune 500 exporters to obtain high seven-figure refund of Harbor Maintenance Taxes;
Trial counsel for trade association in nation-wide toxic tort suits;
Trial counsel for Japanese manufacturer of silicon chip fabrication machines in intellectual property/commercial dispute in California;
Trial counsel for major food manufacturer in transportation (Carmack Amendment) case in Baltimore, Maryland;
Trial counsel for drug manufacturer in patent infringement litigation in Puerto Rico;
Trial counsel for scientific products manufacturer in trade secrets case in Charlotte, North Carolina;
Trial counsel and appellate counsel for trade association in constitutional "takings" case in Washington, DC;
Trial counsel for trade association in transportation "undercharge" cases in Jacksonville, Florida;
Counsel to trade association in Cable Act litigation in Washington, DC;
Counsel to pet food manufacturer in false advertising case in San Francisco, California;
Counsel to numerous companies and trade associations involved in disputes at FCC, OSHA, STB, former ICC, and GAO;
Trial counsel for petroleum company to recover seven-figure indemnity for clean-up costs associated with underground storage tank leak.
