During law school, Ms. Kuperstein worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council, Waters and Oceans Program, and at the World Health Organization, Tobacco Free Initiative. She also served as an editor for the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy.
As an intern at the World Health Organization, and later as a member of the University of Maryland School of Law Tobacco Control Clinic, Ms. Kuperstein worked on the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. She participated in the second meeting of the Conference of the Parties in Bangkok and first meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body on a Protocol on Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products in Geneva.
