Keller and Heckman Quoted in Inside EPA Article "Industry Reiterates Call to Narrow Nano Rule as EPA Seeks Further Clarity"

Keller and Heckman was quoted in the Inside EPA article "Industry Reiterates Call to Narrow Nano Rule as EPA Seeks Further Clarity." The article addresses the EPA’s proposed one time rule requiring submission of data on chemicals' properties. The data collected under this rule is intended to guide EPA’s future policies on nanomaterials and their potential risks to human health and the environment. Industry has argued that the agency has exceeded its TSCA authority and that the rule itself lacks sufficient clarity to identify substances requiring reporting, and is overly burdensome to business.  Inside EPA requires a subscription.
