Rick Stearns will present "Device Recalls and Withdrawals" on July 28 at the American Conference Institute (ACI): 5th Annual FDA Boot Camp - Devices Edition. This "Devices" Boot Cap will provide basic training in core regulatory concepts specific to medical devices, diagnostics, and medical technology. The event is billed as "the ultimate roadmap to navigate the complicated landscape of FDA medical device regulatory law. Rick's presentation, in particular, will differentiate device from drug recalls, evaluate FDA reporting requirements for device recalls, examine FDA's recall and oversight authority, study issues surrounding the recall decision and ultimately reintroducing the product back to the market.
